Product Description:
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical industry and food industry. For heat-sensitive substances such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormones and other biological tissues, freeze-drying technology is very suitable.
Main Features:
● Adopts internationally renowned Secop dual-compressor cascade refrigeration, with a condensation temperature reaching -85℃
● The cold trap temperature can be preset, and the vacuum pump will only start when the temperature is lower than the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump
● Software operating system with independent intellectual property rights
● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, which records and displays the cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature and vacuum degree in real time
● Data can be exported via USB, and optional upper computer software is available for control, supporting computer browsing and printing
● 36 user programs can be stored, each program can control up to 40 temperature control segments, and the freeze-drying curve is also stored
● The shelf adopts a silicone rubber electric heating plate, and the shelf heating curve can be preset to automate the experimental sublimation process
● The shelf has a refrigeration function, eliminating the need to pre-freeze samples in a low-temperature refrigerator; after pre-freezing, it automatically enters the drying process
● Equipped with an inflation valve, which can be used to fill dry nitrogen or inert gas
● Can record the single working time and the total operating time of the machine
● Optional external drying rack to connect eggplant-shaped drying bottles or wide-mouth drying bottles
● Optional cold trap electric heating defrosting or hot gas defrosting function
